Previously Submitted Accounts and Listings
Previously submitted Marketplace seller accounts may include a name or business name, email address, telephone number, country, website, account credentials and listing activity. Listings may include seller-selected public contact methods, location information, descriptions, aircraft or equipment details and uploaded photographs.
Information intentionally included in a public Marketplace listing may be visible to anyone. Sellers should not include personal information they do not want displayed publicly. USAviation.info may retain account, listing, approval and submission records for administrative, security, fraud-prevention, contractual and legal purposes. USAviation.info does not process Marketplace purchase payments or transfer aircraft or equipment ownership through the current classifieds service.
Submitted Images and Content
When photographs or other material are submitted, USAviation.info may retain information about the submitter, submission date, rights certification and permission granted to the site. Submitting an image does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to USAviation.info.
